I have wanted to get more serious about this whole blogging thing, and I always think of things when I am in the car that I should blog about and then I don't get around to writing them. So here are a few, and I plan to make this a more regular event.
Item one, this one is a bit dated but it needs to be said. No one should ever use the phrase "That's just how I roll" ever again. The ultimate usage occurred in an Austin Texas courtroom. When asked why she helped a guy dismember his girlfriends body, then fled with him to Mexico and showed the knife to a hotel owner and bragged about the dismemberment, Laura Hall replied "That's just how I roll". Can't be used in a more horrific manner so it should just be retired.
Item two. Why don't they make size 12-1/2 shoes anymore? I wear that size and I used to buy them all the time. But now the half sizes stop at 12 and start skipping full sizes. 12s are a bit too tight and 13s are a bit too loose. Do they think there is a different measurement system that happens when you get over size 12. Just wanted to share my grieveance on that one.
Ok, not much, but it's a start. I will post more as events warrant.
